STUDIES OF THE SIGNALING PATHWAYS ACTIVATED BY ONCOSTERONE AND DENDROGENIN A
We characterize the signaling pathways activated by oncosterone and dendrogenin A on the tumor and its microenvironment. We define the contribution of the secretory vesicles induced by these metabolites on the immune response and tumor development. We also study the impact of diet and in particular of these sterol components on the control of this metabolic branch and tumor development.
Our objective is to identify new therapeutic targets and to explore them in order to propose innovative therapeutic and chemopreventive strategies against cancers.
