Sciex Triple TOF 5600 Mass Spectrometer
QTOF mass spectrometer coupled to a capillary liquid chromatography-Dionex Ultimate 3000.
The resolution is 20000-40000 in MS as well as in MSMS and the mass precision is < 5ppm.
Capillary columns with a diameter of 300µm are used on this apparatus, allowing a good compromise between robustness and sensitivity (100fmol).
Applications :
High resolution qualitative and quantitative analyses in capillary-LC-MSMS.
This instrument is very interesting for working on complex mixtures of molecules. It is possible to identify proteins in DDA and DIA mode.
