PhenoCycler-Fusion

The PhenoCycler-Fusion is an integrated platform that combines an automated cycling platform with a high-throughput imaging platform in an integrated end-to-end workflow.

The PhenoCycle-Fusion system is a rapid spatial biology solution that enables highly complex spatial phenotyping of whole slides at single-cell resolution by integrating automated fluidics and iterative imaging. Spatial phenotyping (via multiplex immunofluorescence) enables protein and biomarker expression to be visualised and quantified to reveal how cells interact and organise themselves across the entire tissue landscape.

What’s more, it’s a high-throughput, multi-omics system. It’s a simple, practical and flexible solution.
