Several pieces of equipment essential to the teams are available at the Technology Centre.

This equipment has been financed by the Rotary Club (Clariostar plate reader), by the 2014-2019 Cancer Plan or the Technology Centre’s own funds.

ASSISTANCE…

The staff of the Technology Centre accompanies the users in the use of these devices if necessary (training, analysis of results).

SEAHORSE XFE24 ANALYSER (AGILENT)

Real-time study of the two main energy-producing pathways of the cell, mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis. The Seahorse measures oxygen consumption (OCR), and the ExtraCellular Acidification Rate (ECAR).

Fluorescence, HTRF, luminescence, absorbance, UV.

BIORUPTOR PICO ULTRASONIC BATH (DIAGENODE)

Microvolume sonication for DNA, RNA, chromatin fragmentation, cell lysis and protein extractions.

Hypoxia Enclosure (SCI-TIVE)

Workstation that allows cell culture under hypoxic conditions. It is installed in an L2 laboratory, also equipped with hypoxic incubators

gentleMACS Octo Dissociator (Miltenyi)

For standardised tissue/tumour dissociation and homogenisation of 8 samples, as single cells, under sterile conditions, at 37°C if required (predefined programmes associated with Miltenyi kits)
