Dr. Marc Poirot new member of the Editorial Board of the JBC

Dr. Marc Poirot, head of the INOV team “Cholesterol Metabolism and Therapeutic Innovations” at the CRCT, will join the Editorial Board of the Journal of Biological Chemistry (JBC) in 2025.

The Journal of Biological Chemistry publishes high-quality science that seeks to elucidate the molecular and cellular basis of biological processes.

All JBC editorial members undergo a rigorous selection process, are experienced scientists, and must also have an excellent research record.

Founded in 1905, JBC is an English-language scientific journal published by the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology that publishes articles in biochemistry and molecular biology that are peer-reviewed by other scientists. JBC is an open access journal published by Elsevier.

Marc Poirot is also associate editor and special issues editor for the “Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology” and serves on the editorial boards of numerous international scientific journals including “Biochemical Pharmacology” (Elsevier edit) and Steroids (Elsevier Edit).
