Organites properties as markers for early relapse detection in TNBC and Luminal B breast cancers

Can organites properties be predictive of relapse in triple-negative and Luminal B breast cancers? To answer this question, we work on a clinical protocol to investigate the link between organites properties of cells present in biopsies and circulating tumor cells (CTCs) with patient relapse and we compare our readout with other relapse predictors, such as CTC number and circulating tumor DNA.
