T cells are central players in the immune response, interpreting signals from their environment through the T cell receptor (TCR) to trigger specific cellular actions. Our team seeks to decode the molecular and cellular processes that guide T cell behavior under different physiological conditions. Through proteomic analysis, we’ve uncovered key molecular players involved in TCR-ligand discrimination and metabolic processes. Using various mouse models, we aim to decipher how these molecular players contribute to the regulation of T cell responses in the context of cancer, infection, or autoimmune reactions.
