Research Interests

I'm currently working in translactomics of the Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma stroma, making use of different supervised and unsupervised deconvolution methods and mathematical modeling in a collaboration between Bousquet and NetB(IO)² teams. During my prior education I worked in the epigenomics and post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression in Drosophila.
