I am interested in unraveling the interactions among biological samples (mainly, cancer biology related cases) with the utilization of bioinformatics approaches. The primary expertise of mine is within the focus of transcriptome analysis.
Currently, an oncoimmunology project of mine is focused on the scrutinization of the NK-Cell and T-Cell exhaustion phenotype at Multiple Myeloma with the analysis of single-cell and bulk RNA-Seq data.
I am a joint member of the team NetB(IO)² and Martinet Lab at CRCT.
