I am a CNRS researcher from the MILE team in the LAAS-CNRS, with a background in biophysics and a strong interest in mechano-biology. The MILE team specializes in the use of microfluidic to study the living. In particular, we build devices that enable acute control of the physico-chemical parameters a cell population may experience. As an invited researcher in Team 17, we collaborate with J. Guillermet-Guibert on the impact of mechanical stress on pancreatic cancer progression and treatment, using both in vivo approaches (mouse models) and in vitro microfluidic devices.
