DESCRIPTION:Explorer la structure des données complexes : du clustering spectral à l’analyse multimodale  \nCette présentation portera sur une approche spectrale de clustering entièrement automatisée\, reposant notamment sur un équilibrage doublement stochastique et l’optimisation de la modularité pour la détection automatique de structures dans les données. Dans un second temps\, seront présentés les premiers résultats de travaux menés sur la leucémie aiguë myéloïde\, avec pour objectif le développement d’approches d’analyse multimodale non supervisée afin de mieux caractériser l’hétérogénéité de cette pathologie. \nSandrine Mouysset est maître de conférences au département informatique à l’université de Toulouse et chercheuse à l’Institut de Recherche en Informatique de Toulouse (IRIT) depuis septembre 2011 dans l’équipe Algorithmes Parallèles et Optimisation. Ses activités de recherche portent principalement sur le clustering et ses approches profondes\, leurs aspects numériques\, ainsi que leurs applications dans les domaines du multimédia et de la médecine. \n—– \n\n\n\n\n\n\nUnsupervised Discovery of Structure in Complex Data: from Spectral Clustering to Multimodal Biomedical Data Analysis \nThis presentation will focus on a fully automated spectral clustering approach based on doubly stochastic balancing and modularity optimization for the automatic detection of structures within complex datasets. In the second part\, I will present preliminary work on acute myeloid leukemia (AML)\, aimed at developing unsupervised multimodal analysis methods to better characterize the heterogeneity of this disease. \nSandrine Mouysset is an Associate Professor at the Computer Science department of Toulouse University and a member of the IRIT Computer Science laboratory since September 2011 in the Parallel Algorithms and Optimization team.
